but its too late for me to arrive then.
i dont care making a stop somewhwere or ever drive from new york to a different state (max drive 2 hours) to get an earlier plane

Your best and likely only option would be to take the last flight out on Tuesday, going to the airport immediately after your gig. I don't know what the latest flight out of JFK is, but it's likely not going to be after 1am.
You'll find the most flights from JFK. It's not going to save you any time and will likely cost you much more energy to drive 2-plus hours to another airport. Of the nearby airports, only EWR and Philadelphia have nonstops to Europe, and Philadelphia has many fewer flight options.

What's the earliest time will you be able to leave your NYC gig on Tuesday? That will have a major impact on whether or not you can catch one of the late evening flights to London on Tuesday.
Depending on the airline the latest flights to London leave JFK between 10PM and 11PM (and get you to London between 10AM and 11AM).
You already know the "next" flights don't leave until 8:15AM the following morning and won't arrive in London until after 8PM.
Sorry, but it may not even be feasible for you to make this trip unless you cancel your NYC gig.

Tuesday night during your gig it is already Wed in London. You need to be at the airport 2 hours before your flight, so unless your gig is in the afternoon - and since the Concorde no longer flies - you are probably SOL.
Which gig is more important -- because you'll probably be canceling one of them.

Last flight out from New York area to Europe are XL Airways and Norwegian - both departing JFK at 11:55p and 11:59p respectively, both for Paris CDG.
Earliest flight out is British Airways at 7:55p from JFK, arriving Heathrow at 7:45p.
May be a little different depending on your actual departure date.

That would be 7:55 AM
>>arriving Heathrow at 7:45p.<< . . . which would get you into central London by maybe 9:30PM if you are VERY lucky, and likely later.

You cannot get to London in time . . . You need to cancel one or the other gig.

I realize this thread is now 8 days old, but the puzzle intrigued me.
my gig wont be finish in NY before 3AM
If you can get the two gigs to agree to swap (do the London one on the Tuesday night and the NYC one on the Wednesday night) it might work. This is because the 5 hour time difference would work for you in that instance, not to mention that there are lots of flights leaving LHR in the (Wednesday) am for New York.
e.g., work on the Tuesday night until 03:00 Wednesday London time; it's only 10 p.m Tuesday night in New York. So you'd have lots of choices to leave later in the morning for New York and still arrive by afternoon New York time. You could sleep on the plane and during the afternoon in New York, then head off to the gig on Wednesday night.
