Marrakech for 5 days.

Please I need your help and advise.
Our family (2 adult and 2 children (5,10)) are planning to go to Marrakech from july 21th until the 25th.
Questions:
1. It is a good period of the year to go with our dauthers?
2. How is the weather at that time of the year? Too hot !
3. 5 días is Ok. to know the city and its surroundings?
4. Which places we should go?
5. What kind of care we should have?
6. Do you have information about hotels & Riad?
We are willing to paid from 100 to 140 euros a day.

Since now I will appreciate your information.

Ramadan will be starting on or around July 20th this year. I think you should look into maybe wanting to change your plans and go a little earlier, a lot of restaurants will not be open from sun up to sun down, also many shops close during the afternoon.

July will also be quite hot and I'm not sure your children will enjoy the souk in that weather.

5 days is a good amount of time.

Your budget is fine.

I found it safe to wander around Marrakech although it can perhaps be daunting if you haven't been to North Africa or the Middle East before due to the amount of hassle.

There are lots of sites offering riads and hotels. You can decide whether to stay within the souk in a small riad or perhaps outside at a hotel with a pool would be better with children.

here are a couple of websites:

Agree that July will be hot, also consider that Ramadan starts some time around the 3rd of July and businesses are closed from sunrise to sunset during Ramadan. Best time to visit for nicer weather is October. 5 days is sufficient for Marrakech. The main/market square of the medina and the medina of Marrakech are great places to visit, also gardens, etc. What is the age group of your children?

I have 2 daugthers. I am really complicated with the dates. I think the heat will not be nice for my little girls. Some of you mention that the restaurants and shops close in Ramadan. So the city is not really nice for turism . I am confused about the trip.
