Hi,
We did use ExpertAfrica for our trip to Botswana in 2007 , very pleased with their service , knowledge , feedback etc , as good as any of our 8 safaris with other different companies .
I know some friends that also used them with good experience as well .
I think you could find cheaper options , but you can´t go wrong with them in my opinion .

Hi Cheweyhead –
I’ll admit to being somewhat biased in answering your question … but if you’re looking for comments about Expert Africa from of people who have travelled to Botswana with us, then please do look at our own website.
Since we introduced our system of on-line feedback from our travelers in mid-2007, every single traveller to Botswana who has send us feedback on their trip has had this put live on our website.
Nothing has been deleted; nothing has been edited without their consent. It includes the good, the bad and the indifferent – all from our own travellers, who we are certain have visited these lodges/camps on the days noted. (I am pleased to say that the vast majority of it is good!)
To see to the full reviews from any one of our travellers’, click on the name of the reviewer in the review pages. You’ll then see their overall trip page – including comments about Expert Africa’s service, and details of where they went, and how they rated their trip.
As a company, Expert Africa strives very hard to help our travellers to select a trip that is right for them – and then to organise it well. We’re not perfect, but we try hard to learn from any mistakes. (As an aside, I’m unaware of any other Africa tour operator who is as transparent about their traveller’s feedback.)
I hope that this helps.
Incidentally – if you’re comparing tour operators and prices, then on the vast majority of trips, we’ll equal any price that you’re quoted by a competitor on a like-for-like basis.
Happy researching and travelling -
