Country Lodge Nairobi - new b&b
I've been corresponding with the Fairview in Nairobi to book an overnight for July, and they sent me this link http://www.countrylodge.co.ke/index.htm to their new bed and breakfast hotel. I hadn't heard of it before, so thought I'd pass this along. If anyone has stayed there, perhaps you could post about your experience.

Thanks for the info, Calo. I saw the signs for it when I was at the Fairview in June, but didn't actually see the property. I would imagine that you could dine at the Fairview restaurants for lunch and dinner.

Is the Fairview located in a safer part of Nairobi? We're trying to change the Norfolk (because of negative reviews regarding construction posted on Trip Advisor) to the Fairview, which gets great reviews. However, since we're arriving after dark at NBO, I'm concerned about our safety traveling the roads to the hotel. So, how would you compare the relative safety of Fairview's location vs. the Norfolk? We're arriving on Jan. 26th.
