trip report (long)

I just returned from kenya .wonderful trip I booked with 2afrika and would highly recommend them no problems what so ever.I did take all the shots the cdc recommended maybe it was over kill but had no problems. we arrived at the airport obtained our visa no problems and headed for our hotel inter- continental hotel has nice resturaunts and poll and lobby rooms are so so ok place to rest your head ,but would not want to spend any lenght of time there. We headed off to mt kenya the next morning. very pretty country side all are travels were in vehical nice way to see the country, but horrible roads very bumpy. We stayed at the mountain lodge rooms over look the a watering hole saw several animals. They will wake you in the evenings if you want to see a certain animal. We took a nature wallk that was very informative. the rooms were comfortable with great veiws. I also took advantage of the spa had a massage very resonable prices. food through out the trip was good buffett style. the next day we headed to lake nakuru. stopped at great rift valley, falls, and equator on the way, We stayed at nakuru lodge
very nice rooms with patios beautiful grounds
and pool. the park was nice along with the lake. we then headed to mara masai. wonderful park with lots of wild life. stayed at siana tented camp nice accomadations and grounds we stayed 2nts took several game drives. lots of exursions balloon trip, night game drive, talks ,tribal dances nice place to stay. then went back to nairobi to head home. I'll post more later

Thanks for posting.. I am glad you enjoyed your 2afrika trip. We used them for our 2002 Kenya trip and it was just great! Can't wait to read more.
