Fodor's Review

With eight generations of sugaring, the Morses may be the oldest maple family in existence, so you're sure to find an authentic maple farm experience here. Burr Morse heads up the operation now, along with his son Tom, but you can still see Burr's father hamming it up in a hilarious video playing in the Woodshed Theater. More than 3,000 trees produce the syrup (sample all the grades), candy, cream, and and sugar in their gift shop. Surrounding trails offer pleasant strolls

in summer and prime cross-country skiing in winter.
