Antiques and original 18th-century art fill Cleveland's Ritz. Guest rooms have work desks and marble baths. The white-linen Muse restaurant, which serves American fare with a flair, has the feel of a tony lounge.

The Ritz-Carlton Clevland pales in comparison to other fine hotels I have stayed in. First of all, my bed was not soft enough and the cable television only had 100 channels. Also, the pool was not heated enough and the jacuzzi was too warm. The lobby is very nice-looking, but the room service is absolutely horrible. When I called in for room service I had to wait an hour and a half for my food to be delivered. I will never return to this hotel.
