Fodor's Review:

It's only a 15-minute walk to the beach from this B&B dating from 1915. The two ground-floor rooms have French doors opening onto a patio. A poolside cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Have your complimentary breakfast of homemade raspberry buttermilk pancakes on the veranda overlooking the heated pool or in the courtyard next to the fountain. Pros: close to shops and restaurants; breakfasts served poolside. Cons: some rooms are quite small; some tiny bathrooms.

We just returned from a family gathering in Lake Worth. I love my family but "thank goodness for the Mango Inn" at the end of each day. Our room (the Cottage) was charming. It was very clean and well decorated and was located poolside. We could open the french doors and had a great private sitting area just outside our room. The gardens were very well cared for and were very peaceful. The breakfast was great - many choices and very relaxing atmosphere. We were on the very end of the fresh mango season that was supplied by two large mango trees on the property. I highly recommend this Inn.

The Mango Inn was a great little find. The prices were very reasonable, our room (Bougainvillea) was well decorated and very clean, the breakfast was great, the gardens and pool were exceptional. Innkeepers were warm, friendly and helpful. Lake Worth was a great little find also - not so busy as some vaction spots but cozy little places to stop, shop and eat. We will be sure to return to the Mango Inn in Lake Worth.

This is our second time at the Mango Inn and we left looking forward our next trip. We travel a good deal but this is our favorite spot for many, many reasons. The food is certainly memorable; reading by the pool or sitting in the gardens and listening to the water fountain is soothing; talking with the owners about their interesting and diverse backgrounds is uplifting; Lake Worth people, parks, beaches, and restaurants are quaint and charming. Rooms are way beyond well decorated and clean. As I said, we travel often and this is the Best of the Best.

My husband and I just had the most wonderful experience at the Mango Inn. We booked a Lovers' Tryst package that included a private cocktail party on the veranda of the inn (so romantic!!!) We stayed in the Mango Suite that had great views of the Pineapple Courtyard. The room was very clean, bright and spacious. The gardens were so tropical and peaceful. The location was perfect to get to the beach and to the quaint downtown of Lake Worth. Breakfast was excellent and the afternoon cookies to die for. The owners were warm, friendly and very helpful about the area. I would certainly recommend this bed and breakfast to my friends.
