After a devastating fire, locals were worried Aur Bistro Gourmet would be renovated beyond recognition. Not so. Small and cozy with an older clientele, Au Bistro Gourmet is still where you go for a quiet meal with visiting relatives. It's usually so packed that service can be slow, especially on weekends. But that's because the food is worth the wait. Try Chef Gabriel Ohana's house specialties: flank steak and rack of lamb with herbs.
