Near the Born, this hot spot is always full to the rafters with lively young and not-so-young people. Painting and photographic exhibits line the walls, and the menu is dominated by meat cooked over coals, pizzas, and salads. Flamenco and jazz performances downstairs are a good post-dinner diversion.

We have visited El Foro on several occasions and have always found the food to be less than good. Usually the steaks have been burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. Service is lacking.
