Near the famous Holmenkollen ski jump, in the historic Holmenkollen Park Hotel Rica, this restaurant serves first-rate food in a grand setting, with stunning views over Oslo. Modern Nordic and international dishes blend classic ingredients with more exotic ones. Order the three, five, or seven course meal. Or try carpaccio of whale or sirloin of elk. The restaurant's famous Taste of Norway menu comprises dishes made with ingredients from small-scale Norwegian farmers and local food purveyors.

    Great meal, great atmosphere and great views!

    One of Oslo's classic restaurants in the hillside above Oslo (close to the Holmenkollen Ski Jump). The atmosphere and the views justify a visit alone; fortunately the food is also excellent.
