Vittorio dalla Rosa Prati has converted seven rooms of his family's 15th-century palace into luxurious, self-catering accommodations in Piazza del Duomo. Each room is different, but all have pastel walls, hardwood floors, large beds, small kitchenettes, and roomy bathrooms—and amazing views of the Baptistery next door. A few rooms connect, making this spot a good choice for families. The brand-new Temporary Palazzo is an exhibition space, bar, and restaurant serving light meals.
