Fodor's Review:

For a gregarious, cosmopolitan vibe, check out this casual bar with its lovely outdoor terrace overlooking a not-so-lovely alley. It's a little hard to find, situated at the top of a flight of steps above Indian, Malaysian and Vietnamese restaurants below, but the leafy garden setting is worth it.
