But don’t expect run-of-the-mill pastries: founder Christina Tosi has created an empire of modernized American confections, including soft serve made with cereal-infused milk, cakes shrunken into truffles, and favorites like the Compost Cookie and Crack Pie. This location in a former auto-body shop offers baking classes, curated events, outdoor seating, and a host of extra goodies; it's also where the company is headquartered and where new recipes are developed.
