Fodor's Expert Review Red Mountain Resort

1275 E. Red Mountain Circle, Ivins, Utah, 84738, USA Fodor's Choice

This luxurious red-rock hideaway, with its stunning surroundings near the mouth of Snow Canyon, offers a range of outdoor adventures and fitness and wellness options, from fitness classes, hikes, and yoga sessions to red clay–lavender body wraps and warm Himalayan salt stone massages. Breakfast and lunch buffets highlight healthy, energy-boosting foods, while the excellent dinners are a la carte—cooking classes are offered as well. The well-appointed, contemporary rooms aren't especially large, but with so many things to do you won't be lounging in your room much. For more space, book one of the larger villa rooms. Teens are welcome to participate in resort activities, but children 11 and under can't, so families with younger children are discouraged from staying here.
