The Utah Transit Authority (UTA) is a good option for getting to and from the Wasatch Front. It runs buses more or less hourly between Brigham City and Ogden, with stops in Willard and Perry. From Ogden there are many connections to Salt Lake City. The price is a steal: $2.50 for a two-hour ride (that should get you all the way to Salt Lake). A day pass for $6.25 will allow you to ride TRAX, Salt Lake City's light rail, plus buses and streetcars once you get there. Passes may be purchased from vending machines at TRAX stations or from bus drivers. Within Cache Valley, catch the free blue-and-white Logan Transit District shuttles, which operate within Logan (with an express to Utah State University) or the Cache Valley Transit District between Richmond to the north and Hyrum to the south. The main station is within walking distance of most hotels at 500 North and 100 East streets.
