Fodor's Expert Review Desert Rose Inn and Cabins
701 W. Main St., Bluff, Utah, 84512, USA Fodor's Choice
Bluff's largest and most upscale hotel, which also contains two of the region's best restaurants, is an attractive, wood-sided lodge with a huge two-story front porch. Accommodations are set among the main lodge, several smartly furnished cabins, and a series of larger suites set around a courtyard, and they're all spacious and clean with uncommonly large bathrooms. Some rooms have peaked ceilings, wood trim, and knotty-pine furnishings to give them a rustic touch. A separate building contains a fitness center, an indoor pool, and a shaded patio with comfy lounge chairs, and there's an excellent gift shop stocked with local art and crafts. This is also an excellent base for exploring nearby Monument Valley.
