Since its development in the 1960s, Fripp Island has been known as one of the more moderately priced, private resort islands. Prices have risen, but this condo/villa is an example of how to keep costs down. A couple of decades old, this building is well maintained, the roof was recently replaced, and the view is of marshland and a canal with access to a private crabbing dock. Individually owned, like most of the units on Fripp, the unit has been renovated with an updated furniture package, flat-screen TVs, stainless-steel appliances, and a granite countertop. Condos like this one are well suited to small families, golf buddies, and corporate groups. Daily maid service is an option.
