The booming industrial business center the Navy Yard boasts proximity to both the Philly stadiums and the airport (and of course South Philly) so this modern hotel has added 40 guest rooms. Boasting sleek decor, clean and modern design, both the lobby lounge and guest rooms are appointed with stylish furniture and fabrics; bathrooms feature roomy glass-enclosed shower stalls. accommodations provide both functionality and space for you to work, relax and dream. The Bistro serves flavorful American cuisine, as well as Starbucks coffee and evening cocktails. The location also lets you keep active and healthy with jog/ walk maps and at the well-equipped exercise facility, featuring high-end Life Fitness cardio machines and free weights. Situated just steps from Wells Fargo Center, Lincoln Financial Field and Citizens Bank Park, the hotel makes an ideal retreat for sports lovers and travelers seeking a new home base in Philly.
You Should Know You are way out in South Philly by the stadiums, not in Center City by any means. But South Philly and all it's Italian and foodie culture is nearby and the hotel overcompensates with hypermodern amenities.

The rooms have modern, chic furniture with a whimsical design. They run in color schemes of blue and aqua and include a handsome wooden set of drawers. There is individual room control, coffee maker/tea service, mini fridge, down/feather pillows or foam pillows, a pull-out sofa bed, cable channels, color TV, movies/videos, phone and desk with electrical outlet.
Tip A crib/play yard is available upon request.
The bathrooms continue the aqua theme, with an aqua wall and large mirror. Rooms all have a standard shower with a standard tub. Paul Mitchell products are used for shampoo and conditioner. There is also a large mirror with a backlight that is ideal for doing makeup.
The hypermodern lobby features contemporary art and décor, calming color patterns, a 24-hour Market, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of open seating. For the business inclined there is a Go Board, business Center and hip communal table. The Lobby also includes an outdoor seating area, which is lovely on warm days. The seating area is large and lively, with brightly colored furniture to match the vibrant atmosphere.
The gym is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. It has modern cardiovascular equipment and free weights.

The in-house Bistro has all-day dining with breakfast choices, lunch, a variety of dinner options, and an evening bar. It's American pub standard like "the Bistro Burger" or "Green Goddess Chicken Blt." There's a suprisingly wide variety of desserts like Dark Chocolate + Sea Salt Cookie (ask for it warmed to order.)
Tip There is a a small sundry/convenience store. Local restaurants can deliver to your room (pick up at the front desk.)
The Bistro also offers specialty beverages made with Starbucks® coffee at The Navy Yard's only Starbucks. There is no separate bar, but The Bistro serves signature craft cocktails like a black cherry old fashioned alongside local beers and national and international wines. The Bistro has a casual diner feel, with seven chairs at the bar, seven to eight tables, and seven to eight booths.
The Courtyard Philadelphia South Navy Yard is ideal for being in close distance of Lincoln Financial Field, which is a 22 minute walk or a short uber/lyft drive away. Since many attractions are a bit farther away, it is ideal to leave your car and take an uber to the AT&T subway station, which gets you North into Center City and neighborhoods like Northern Liberties and East and West across the town to many must sees. Take a taxi, uber or lyft to get around quickly as well.
McFaddens (20-minute walk) is a sports bar that is known for their “Philly cheesesteak fries,” as well as chicken fingers, fried mozzarella sticks, loaded nachos, etc. It is an ideal spot to catch major sporting events thanks to its many TVs! Chickie’s and Petes (30-minute walk) is a Philly sports bar known for its affiliation with the Eagles. They are known for their “crab fries” and wings. Tony Lukes, Deli, (25-minute walk) is a sports bar known for their Philly cheesesteaks. They are a favorite among locals for their cheesesteaks!
Bar Amis (8-minute walk) is an Italian bar and restaurant. They are known for their extensive wine list and “sicillian lemonade” Xfinity Live! Pennsylvania (25-minute walk) is a sports bar that is known for their VIP lounge, large TVs showing numerous sports events, and annual “Burger Brawl”
