Fodor's Expert Review Campbell House
252 Pearl St., Eugene, Oregon, 97401, USA
One of the oldest structures in Eugene, built in 1892, combines architectural details and a mixture of century-old antiques and reproductions to lend each of the rooms a distinctive personality. Restored with fastidious care, the luxurious bed-and-breakfast is surrounded by an acre of landscaped grounds. The parlor, library, and dining rooms have their original hardwood floors and curved-glass windows. Room rates include a full breakfast including fresh-baked pastries. The house now serves dinner Wednesday through Saturday, with a prix-fixe offering or à la carte.
