The items are mostly secondhand, but castoffs in the Hamptons can be pretty fabulous; merchants donate new clothing too. Jackie's Barking Bargains is a spot for special savings, including items that may need some TLC. All proceeds help subsidize the operating costs of the animal shelter in Wainscott. New stock goes on show on Tuesday and Thursday.
