Fodor's Expert Review Avi Resort & Casino
10000 Aha Macav Pkwy., Laughlin, Nevada, 89029, USA
The only tribally owned casino in Nevada is run by the Fort Mojave tribe (said fort once occupied the land) and has more of a relaxed, resort vibe than hotels on the Casino Drive strip. The 25,000-square-foot casino houses more than 900 slot and video-poker machines. The biggest draws, however, are the large, private white-sand beach circling a cove built out from the main flow of the river and two 18-hole golf courses. The property is also home to a full-service RV park and eight-plex movie theater.

CONS
