Fodor's Expert Review Boulders Inn
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
The exquisite menu at the window-lined, stone-wall dining room of this swanky country inn changes seasonally. You might start with pan-seared foie gras with pumpkin-herb French toast and a tart-cherry reduction. Notable entrées have included braised lamb with garlic sausage and green-lentil stew, and crispy pan-roasted duck breast with a carmelized quince–thyme bread pudding and a natural port reduction. Although there's no lunch available here, a terrific brunch is served on Sundays.
