Relax in the giant soaking tubs or separate glass-walled stall shower. Heated floors are the ultimate luxury in the winter or early morning. Some bathrooms on higher floors are walled with windows to peek out from the tub on a clear day. Other bathrooms have an additional flat-screen TV built into the mirror. Bulgari toiletries are provided to guests staying in the premier one-bedroom suites and Presidential suite.

Decked out in seemingly floor-to-ceiling stone, the lobby is contemporary and simultaneously calming, with an abundance of natural light and leather seating.

The heated outdoor pool, which is open seasonally when weather permits, is located on the third floor terrace, on the rooftop above lower floors. Non-guests can purchase a day-pass on weekdays only for $75.

The salon and spa on third floor offer massages, nail and hair care, seasonal treatments, plus options for men and for couples. There’s even a special teen facial for those with acne-prone skin.

Certain abridged services are offered as a package with a steep discount during the nightly happy hour, which includes a glass of bubbles, 6-9 p.m. on Sunday-Thursday nights.

The fitness center overlooks the rooftop pool and is open to guests aged 13 and older. Beyond the equipment you’d expect to find, the gym also has extensive weight training machines, a whirlpool, and a steam room. Private pilates, private yoga, and personal training sessions are offered for a fee.

EDGE Restaurant on the hotel’s main floor provides breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Three private dining rooms for functions or business dinners are also available. The restaurant also offers specialty menus for certain holidays, such as Easter. Weather-permitting, there is a patio with a small selection of seating.

Getting Around

Beyond choosing to walk or use ride-share, the closest city B-cycle stations are a 4- to 5-minute walk. Denver’s free MallRide runs along 16th Street, two blocks away. Parking at the hotel is valet only (with in-and-out privileges).

Visit Rioja (4-minute walk), headed by female chef and James Beard Award winner Jennifer Jasinski, a local favorite for a wonderful Mediterranean meal. Downtown Denver is the land of steak restaurants, with many national chains, such as The Capital Grille (4-minute walk), The Palm Denver (6-minute walk), and several local options—for steak or otherwise—within blocks.

Rhein Haus Denver (5-minute walk), a German-style beer garden with beers and bocce courts, is a beer-lover’s paradise and even offers food late-night. Comedy Works (4-minute walk), a legendary comedy club with a two-drink or food order minimum, is a wonderful place to grab a drink, sit back, and laugh at both burgeoning local and national talent.

Four Seasons is a brand that defines contemporary luxury. The business amenities are ample, but this is also the rare luxury hotel that is kid-friendly, so guests of all ages can expect top-notch service. With advance notice, the hotel can provide child-proofing, cribs, bathtubs, child-sized bathrobes, and age appropriate toiletries, as well as games, video games, and movies. Babysitting can even be arranged for an hourly fee. The same goes for pets. Though dogs cannot be left alone in rooms, the concierge can arrange a paid pal to hang with your pooch. In short, everyone gets to live the pampered life at this property.
