Capitol Hill Mansion Bed & Breakfast Inn

1207 Pennsylvania St., Denver, Colorado 80203, USA

Leah Charney

Lovers of history and architecture will enjoy this romantic bed and breakfast situated on “Millionaire’s Row” in Denver’s dense Capitol Hill neighborhood. Built 1891, the converted mansion was one of the last luxury homes built before the Silver Crash of 1893. A rare family-friendly B&B, the Capitol Hill Mansion welcomes children of all ages.

YOU SHOULD KNOW Rates shown are for two people. An additional charge of $25 per night applies to added adults and children over age two.

The Capitol Hill Mansion has eight rooms spread out over three floors, for a mixture of five standard rooms and three suites. One first-floor room is wheelchair accessible. Rooms feature furnishings that callback to Victorian elegance as well as rich colors and fabrics popular to that time. Every room is appointed with fresh flowers, in-room refrigerators, high-speed wireless internet, and air conditioning. Certain rooms also have balconies and fireplaces.

The Shooting Star room, located in the mansion’s turret, is a favorite among honeymooners because of its private balcony and floral motif.
