Mexican dishes such as chicken-stuffed tacos with chili-corn marmalade, spicy beef enchiladas, and classic burritos share the menu with such tapas as steamed mussels, artichoke dip, and calamari. Paella is a specialty—try it Valencia style with mussels, prawns, pork, chicken, and tomato-saffron rice. For dessert the churros with cherries and a warm chocolate sauce are a good choice.
