Nestled between lavish tropical gardens and the majestic Caribbean Sea, Dreams Riviera Cancun is an all-inclusive resort that provides high-end luxury and outstanding service. With great amenities for kids, and stunning facilities, this is the kind of place where size is not at odds with quality.
YOU SHOULD KNOW There is not much to see or do outside the premises of the resort in the nearby area.

Dreams Riviera Cancun guestrooms are spacious and sophisticated, filled with luxurious details and an overall classy atmosphere. All rooms enjoy balcony or terrace, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Almost every suite features at least an indoor Jacuzzi, some include also an outdoors one, and or plunge pool on their private terrace.
Booking the Preferred Club program would give you access to a private lounge by the beach and other enhanced amenities.
bathroom
Most bathrooms have an original design where the vanity sinks are right behind the bed, with gorgeous individual mirrors and wooden furnishing. Separate shower and jetted tub complement the picture, while you may have to count the outdoor Jacuzzi with spectacular ocean views located on most terraces.

Finding a lobby like the Dreams Riviera Cancun one is so refreshing. The area is wide and large with a distinctive Asian feeling. An amazing wooden roof and some exquisite golden columns completely transforms the place into a very unique and pleasant space.

With three swimming pools and two outdoor Jacuzzis (plus the spectacular Caribbean Sea), guests have enough options to unwind and refresh. There is an infinity pool overlooking the beach, cute Balinese beds and comfy loungers scattered around the pools, and the customary poolside bars. But the real game-changers are the stylish whirlpool tubs surrounded by amazing wooden decks, details like this are what sets a resort in a whole different level.
spa
The Dreams Spa by Pevonia is a tropical paradise of exotic cabanas set around a sprawling hydrotherapy pool. Facilities are stunning, with a balance between rustic elements and elegant touches. Interestingly enough, kids can also get a variety of treatments including a chocolate body wrap and papaya soothing facial, among others.
gym
A fully-equipped fitness center is part of the wellness offer of Dreams Riviera Cancun. The setting is not as impressive as other parts of the hotel, but it’s very well-appointed with a lot of strength machinery, treadmills and stationary bikes.

With one buffet, one grill and six a la carte restaurants, gastronomy is well-covered here. Bordeaux is an upscale adults-only option serving delicious French gourmet dishes. Oceana, by the ocean nonetheless, offers an interesting menu of seafood specialties. Gluten-free dining options are available upon request, which confirms the extraordinary attention to details of this hotel.

The Rendezvous is a stylish lobby bar with spectacular jungle views. But let’s face it, people visit these tropical destinations to enjoy exotic cocktails at swim-up bars like Manatee. Six bars and lounges in total, make for an excellent drinking scene at Dreams.

Getting Around
From Cancun International Airport get a taxi for a 20-minute drive to Dreams Riviera Cancun. There is not much around the resort, but if you plan to go on excursion to places like Tulum or Xcaret, you may want to rent a car, because taxis can get really expensive for trips that long.
Restaurants
Pelicanos (10-minute drive) serves delicious seafood and Mexican dishes in a casual, enjoyable setting with great ocean views. Spaghetino (10-minute drive) is a hip Italian restaurant with exquisite pasta and excellent pizzas.
WHY WE LIKE IT
Because it offers a lot, but manages to stay classy. We love the Spa, which is a truly world-class asset. Attention to details, set this resort in a level of its own.
