There are a number of simple restaurants along Hasankeyf's riverside, but this one is located in a cool cave just back from the water, which makes it an inviting place for lunch during the hot summer. There are three levels in the large cave, and the floors are covered in kilims and large, colorful pillows for reclining. The restaurant serves kebabs and a flavorful local river fish known as şabot.
