Powisle

Powi?le is an up-and-coming neighborhood that stretches out along the left bank of the Vistula. It is home to several interesting museums, the Warsaw University Library with its excellent rooftop garden, and a growing residential area with modern apartments, around which hip cafés are beggining to sprout like mushrooms after the rain. It is a short walk downhill from the Centre and the Old Town (but then, the return route is rather an uphill climb).
