Fodor's Expert Review Sjávarkjallarinn (Seafood Cellar)

Reservations are strongly recommended for this excellent seafood restaurant in Reykjavík's oldest cellar. Run by an award-winning chef, the menu is based on a fusion of Icelandic and Asian cooking traditions. The Exotic section of the menu features a delicious mixture of items that might include anything from kangaroo to salted cod with chili. The atmosphere is sophisticated but casual.
