This idyllic Relais & Châteaux property—a gracious country manor, smartly run by Jean-Louis and Susanne Bottigliero—enchants on many levels, from its unique fleur-de-lys topiary and its superb restaurant to its wood-beamed cathedral guest rooms. The cuisine, under chef Philippe Augé, is of the highest standard and has earned the restaurant a Michelin star. A bistro offering more reasonably priced menus is open daily for lunch and for dinner each day except Tuesday and Wednesday.
