Chef Maxime Orea gets raves for his modern interpretations of classic French cuisine served around the pool at this cozy, relaxed restaurant in the Esmeralda Resort. Corn soup, duck liver "trilogy," an amazing roast duck with spiced apple sauce, and deliciously fresh fish dishes are just some of the offerings. There are also lots of vegetarian choices, a three-course prix fixe with a choice of any menu item (a couple with a small supplement), a children's menu, Monday night jazz, and a lobster party with live music every Friday night.
