Under new management, but still in the hands of chef Matteo Puccini, the kitchen rolls out the dough for the dozens of pasta dishes on the encyclopedic Italian menu, which also includes favorites like veal parmigiana, chicken piccata in marsala sauce, and osso buco Milanese. Save room for desserts like the fantasia di dessert del Carnevale di Venezia (a warm chocolate tart and frozen nougat served with raspberry sauce) or tiramisu. The service is professional and high-tech—the waiters take orders with earpieces and handheld computers.
