Enoch's lolo-style creole cooking is a Marigot must. Specialties include garlic shrimp, fresh lobster, and rice and beans like your St. Martin mother used to make. Try the saltfish and fried johnnycake—a great breakfast option. The food more than makes up for the lack of decor. Come early as some of the best dishes run out.
