The Panorama Sky Lounge has one of the best views of Ponce, looking out onto Plaza de las Delicias and up toward El Vigía, the cross-shape observatory. Yes, the drinks are served in plastic cups. True, the service could be better. But the panoramic view offsets minor annoyances, especially in a city with a slow nightlife scene.
