Fodor's Expert Review Hotel Restaurant Les Petits Saints

This charismatic landmark inn, which draws mainly couples and families, was bought by a French couple who discovered the property while on vacation from their home in California. Simple, tile-floored rooms have small flat-screen TVs with international channels and enviable hillside views overlooking the bay. The main building has the charm of decades past, with dormers and gingerbread fretwork. The lobby is painted in whimsical colors—white, avocado, mango, and chocolate on the window trim. The pool and deck make up the hotel's center and has its own admirable views of one of the "most beautiful bays in the world." A lovely Continental breakfast is offered but not included in the rates. Dinner here is one of the best options on-island. The hotel offers free airport and ferry port transfers.
