Restaurants range from simple to elegant. Hotels that are accessible only by boat will arrange transport in advance upon request from nonguests who wish to dine at their restaurants. Most other independent restaurants are in The Valley or the vicinity. It's wise to make dinner reservations almost everywhere except at really casual spots.
