Although a few rooms at this resort hotel—the largest on the island—have ocean views, most look out over the valley. The penthouses are huge and include spa baths, king beds, iPod docks, and flat-screen TVs, and terraces. The hotel restaurant is the place for predinner drinks and dinner, and a poolside café serves snacks and light lunches. It's a short walk to village restaurants, bars, and the popular RSL Club, the town's social hub. The hotel also hosts a progressive dinner, with three courses served at three different local homes, a great chance to meet some locals.
