Locals and visitors flock to this closet-size café to perch on knee-high stools and sip smooth, creamy fruit shakes. The basic café menu lists pastries, baked potatoes, some rather mediocre rice and noodle dishes, and a selection of excellent grilled sandwiches. The star of the show is arguably the English breakfast, which is regarded by lovers of British stodge as being one of the finest fry-ups in all of Hanoi. Even if you crave something a bit lighter this is still a fine place to stop for a snack and some perhaps much-needed caffeine after a tour of Lenin Park.
