This 12-story property, the newest addition to the Hanoi Elegance chain, is the tallest building in the area, offering spectacular river and city views from top-level rooms. Fusing Asian and contemporary designs, each room has hardwood floors, velvet stamped curtains, and thick white duvets with red pillows and throw blankets. Many rooms are centered with sleek, freestanding walls mounted with flat-screen TVs and DVD players. Only family rooms have bathtubs, while all others have showers and floors made of river stones. The slightly larger executive suites are a bargain. A boutique hotel that is truly a diamond in the (Old Quarter) rough.
