Richard Nalley

Richard Nalley is a New York City-based writer and editor whose work has appeared in dozens of magazines and newspapers. He was employed by Forbes for 13 years, where he was editor-in-chief of ForbesLife and a managing editor of Forbes. As an independent writer he has won awards for magazine journalism and poetry, and worked as a columnist and contributing editor for Esquire, Men’s Journal, Food & Wine and Departures. Other credits include The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Gourmet, The Nation, O, Travel & Leisure, Us, Outside, and many other publications. He grew up in Atlanta and was educated in Virginia and at Harvard University. He found his way to Brooklyn, where he lives now with his wife and family.
