Sydney-born Natasha Bazika took her journalism degree from the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown and launched straight into the world of travel writing, moving to New York to make it happen. Fast forward nearly ten years, and she’s penned stories for National Geographic Traveller, Travel + Leisure, CNN Travel, Thrillist, and the Sydney Morning Herald, even adding “Lonely Planet author” to her list of accomplishments. From local dishes to cultural quirks, she writes about it all—sprinkling in what she’s learned from her own travels.
