A British born media professional having graduated from Brighton University with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Visual Cultures, Lindsey Parry turned a long-time passion for travel and life as a serial expat into a career. Lindsey gained extensive experience working in television and publishing companies in London, then in Dubai after first moving overseas in 2006. Moving to Brisbane, Australia in 2011, Lindsey enjoyed a short stint working with one of the country’s leading radio networks before returning to the United Arab Emirates in 2013, where she now resides with her family in Abu Dhabi. Having previously worked as a Features Editor for the Time Out Kids Group across the Middle Eastern Gulf region, she now works as a freelance lifestyle and travel writer for renowned publications both local and international including Lonely Planet and BBC Travel.
