Lauren Keith
Lauren Keith is a guidebook author and freelance travel writer who specialises in writing about London and the Middle East and North Africa. She's been frequently published at Lonely Planet, where she was the editor for the Middle East for a number of years, as well as Culture Trip, the Independent, Horizon Guides, Expedia Explore and more. Lauren grew up in Kansas (USA), and she's done her best to channel Dorothy's traveling spirit, which has taken her to live on the other side of the pond, with a journalism degree under her belt (or perhaps in her ruby slippers). Now after a year in Germany and nearly a decade in London, she's packed her bags again and has set off to explore the world as a digital nomad.
