Jennifer Stavros
Jennifer Stavros is a Latina and Italian American who grew up in the Chicagoland suburbs. When she was 18, she had the opportunity to head West towards city lights, artistry, West Coast weather, and the food of her ancestry. Since then, she's continued her journey through writing often touching on items connected to culture, lifestyle, history, and social consciousness. Her work has been featured in BBC Travel, Playboy, Wired, Business Insider, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, and more. Her reportage on and her personal involvement with digital activism efforts have lead to her having been written about in National Geographic and interviewed by Al Jazeera. Outside of her childhood in Illinois, she's lived in multiple major cities in California from the Bay Area to San Diego. She is currently working on getting on getting her ancestral residency in Italy so she can spend even more time in the Schengen area.
