Dany Caputo
Danila "Dany" Caputo is a travel writer born and based in Naples, Italy. She is the creator of the travel blog "Travelling Dany - Every Corner a Story," where she shares her adventures and insights, focusing on cultural experiences, hidden gems, and local food. In addition to her blog, she has written for numerous well-regarded publications, including Skyscanner, Touring Bird, Travioor, We Are Travel Girls, the Malta Tourism Blog, and Matador Network, among others.
Dany graduated from Università Suor Orsola Benincasa in Naples, earning a degree in Languages and English Literature, with an added course on Naples History and Folklore. She has been working as a travel writer since 2016, after transitioning from a career as a graphic designer and photographer.
Currently, Dany splits her time between Naples and the Amalfi Coast in Italy, though she frequently travels to the USA to visit family in New York City. Her sister lives in Tuscany, between Lucca and Pisa, making it another of her homes. Dany has also been a regular visitor to the Parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo, a place close to her heart, as her parents have spent several months there every year since Dany was a child. As a result, she considers Naples, New York, Lucca, and Rivisondoli as her home bases.
