Andrej Klemencic

Submitting travel writing for more than 17 years, Andrej started writing when his life began resembling a travel journal--due in part to the peculiar socio-cultural dynamics of the country he was born in and the restlessly on-the-move spirit of his international family. Balkan Insight, B92, and CorD Magazine are some of the publications where his travel pieces can be found. After studying at Dulwich College in London, Andrej majored in Cultural Studies, and also studied Anthropology as well as Translation and Interpreting. He has worked as a film, classical music, and food critic; radio and TV presenter; press agent and investigative journalist; foreign correspondent; editor; and university professor and director of studies. In addition to three native languages, he speaks five foreign languages and has a fair listening comprehension in another six. My addresses were in Sarajevo, Portoroz, London, Ljubljana, New York, Belgrade, Seville, Madrid and Barcelona. He is based in Spain.
