This was at the Marco Island history museum. It’s a large outdoor replica of a Calusa Native American artifact found there - we saw the real one in the museum, which dates to 500-1500 years ago. It’s a beautiful carving.

I got my storm! Actually it’s been raining off and on since Monday, and the wind is unbelievable. It’s been howling since Monday. When we got back from errands yesterday, we had to wade a bit in the parking garage.

Double rainbow a few minutes ago! We’re starting to get some squalls this afternoon. We are under a tropical storm watch right now. Current cone seems to show this storm will go in north of us. The garage already had water due to full moon/king tides, so hopefully no huge surge. Glad I did my shopping end of last week so I don’t have to get supplies now - I’m sure the stores are nuts.
