This class wil focus on masking techniques. This one is simply using painters tape to mask off the green area. Light blue and green ink are sponged on. Instead of spattering we'll use a rubber stamp that looks like spatters. The dragonflies are die cut from some sparkly blue paper. The sponge for this card is a holey man made artists sponge but we use a very fine and dense sponge to blend inks on the other cards. DH contributed scraps of upholstery foam so the class doesn,t have to buy expensive

1946 Checy Panel truck. Dh is facing the camera, guy with no hat. Cruise night friends have back to camera. Dh was still feeling like an invalid when we first arrived so made me order sandwiches and sign us in. After eating he disappeared until it was time to go.

We parked next to long ago friends and their Corvair RV. J and I talked the whole time. Cruise night friends low rider rusty truck is on left. P's camaro is next to it. DH is still in better shape than most. P is on the verge of needing kidney dialysis.

Cruise night at NH Veterans Home. An oval parking lot surrounded a pavillion and grassy picnic area making it an ideal location. Residents enjoyed seeing the sidferent cars and talking with people. Our 1956 GMC pu is top right.

Close up of our truck. The curved windshield required three guys and several hours to properly install after painting. It's the only antique dh has that has working windshield wipers. A lot of people put hoods up so engines can ne inspected. The GMC has a newer engine.
