This is not a pro shot but it was taken one evening last summer a few feet from where I sat on my patio. This beautiful bird stopped by and looked right at me and sang a long song to me. Then he nodded his head and flew off. It was a special little moment.

I thought you’d all get a kick out of this card - Mr. Gruezi was very funny and apologized inside it for “Sorry I keep going rogue because I’m so bored.” He also found my favorite Swiss chocolate at the DC train station. It’s so good it’s almost worth the Covid risk.
